vertical skies

I had never seen skies painted tall.  Traditionally artists' skies are wide horizontal swaths to the earth. Or perhaps like in snow globes. Blues and grays. This color-centric series imagines standing and looking up at the horizon, but continuing to look up. Sky high. Until you run out of canvas.
